When the website visitor leaves a comment we collect information that can be seen in comment formular, as well as the IP address of the visitor and browser signature in order to help detecting spam.
Anonymous string of signs created on the basis of your e-mail address (so-called hash) might be forwarded to Gravatar service to check if you are using it. Privacy policy of Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment your profile picture can be seen publically in connection to the comment.
If you are a registered user and trying to publish pictures, you should avoid sending files with EXIF localization tags. Other visitors might be able to download and check your full localization data from said pictures
